Description:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill customers needs, keep a record of their complaints and build a friendly relationship with customers.
  • Take note of customers complaints. Fulfill marketing staff s administrative needs such as:
    • Information on retaining credit money.
    • Collect orders and process it effectively.
    • Guidelines regarding dispatch of the product.
  • Implement freight cost control measures:
      • Gather knowledge of the logistics market in different sectors
      • Extensive research to identify a reasonable freight cost
  • Support Marketing Manager/Executive/Officer for promotional schemes like advertisements and exhibitions.
  • Keep track of the finished goods stock for smooth dispatch.
  • To maintain sales records.
  • Check and verify freight bills.
  • Requirements:

    Qualified applicants must be a Graduate or have an MBA degree with 5 to 6 years of experience in Customer Care department.
