1. HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES5 or ES6)

2. JavaScript Front-End Engineering:
Angular 2 (or ability to quickly ramp up from Angular 1)
Type-Script
jQuery

3. JavaScript Back-End/Middleware Engineering:
Node.js
Express (or comparable, e.g. Hapi)

4. Database Technologies:
MongoDB, or comparable noSQL db, e.g. CouchDB, RethinkDB, etc.
PostgreSQL, or comparable relational db, e.g. MySQL

5. Admin UI Dash-board/template [Anyone Must]:
Keystone.js, Metronic , Rubix, angle

6. Front-end CSS Frameworks:
Bootstrap or Foundation

7. Hybrid Mobile App:
Ionic, or familiarity with Cordova, Phone-Gap
