Job Description:

  • Understanding the basis of notice issued by the department to client.
  • Analyzing the notice and independently preparing reply to notice.
  • Research on case laws, relevant to indirect tax.
  • Reading of documents
  • preparation of reply/ appeal
  • Understanding the documents of client

  • Co-ordination with client for documents

  • Appearance before adjudicating officer (after one year)

  • Required Qualification: Candidate must be Qualified CA and having min 1yr exp in Litigation
