Job Summary:

A leading Mid-size CA consultancy firm is looking for qualified Chartered Accountants with good articleship experience, for various verticals of business such as controllership, taxation and audits, accounting advisory, and tax compliance assistance. The selected candidate will get good exposure in the consultancy and will also get an opportunity to be deputed in the finance team of well-known MNCs and Startups.

The firm is a well-known Chartered Accountant firm based in Bengaluru and provides Assurance, Tax and Consulting / Advisory services to our clients. The firm has 7+ partners and has a big team of 100+ professionals. The firm boasts of having leading MNCs and Start-ups as its clients.

Location: Jayanagar, Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities:

Audit Department:

• Conduct thorough examinations of financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Identify and analyze financial risks, irregularities, and areas for improvement within the organization.
• Prepare detailed audit reports, summarizing findings and recommending corrective actions.

Taxation Department:

• Prepare accurate and timely tax returns, taking advantage of available deductions and credits.
• Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and minimize tax liabilities.
• Advise clients or internal stakeholders on tax strategies to optimize financial outcomes and reduce tax burdens.
• Respond to tax-related inquiries from clients, government agencies, or internal departments.

Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (0-1 yr experience)

• Academic and strong practical knowledge of accounting and auditing

• Good Communication skills with fluency in English language

• Strong written communication skills for report writing and drafting documents.

• Passion for working in a professional service environment with an intellectual curiosity

• Highly analytical and detail-oriented, hands-on and ,developed execution skills.

• Multi-tasking - ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• A proactive and problem-solving mindset

• Practical working knowledge of MS Office. Knowledge of ERP SAP, Tally, Oracle
