Job Summary
  • Responsible for filing, and registering any document including forms, returns, and applications by and on behalf of the company as an authorized representative
  • Manages all tasks relating to Securities and their transfer and transmission
  • Keeping up to date with any regulatory or statutory changes and policies that might affect the organization
  • Handles the promotion, formation, and incorporation of companies and matters related therewith
  • Ensuring that policies are up to date and are approved
  • Writing reports
  • Providing legal, financial, and/or strategic advice during and outside of meetings
  • Managing contractual arrangements with suppliers/customers
  • Works very closely with the Finance and Legal departments
  • TDS/TCS/GST knowledge also will be added.
