Eligibility Criteria:Freshers /experience.Education: Graduates / UndergraduatesGood Communication Verbal and written (English Mandatory).Good Attitude & Team Player.Speaking with Professionals across the USA.Knowledge of MS Office (will be addedvalue).Willingness to work in night shift (US Shift)
- Handle IT requirements for US based clients.
- Analyze the requirements to understand clients IT resource need and deliver qualified candidates/consultants with a minimum turnaround time.
- Source & Screen candidates from various sources like Internal Company Database, Resume/Job Portals and Professional Networking.
- Edit & Format resumes matching consistency and giving the resume visual cum technical perfection before presenting it to clients.
- Maintain Candidate/Vendor relations; keep them updated on the progress of submittals made.
- Handle Interviews, Closures, Paperwork & On Boarding.
