Responsibilities:

Provide personalised care to our patients

Interact between doctors/patients and departments.

Supervision and coordination of billings.

New patients follow up & maintain and follow up daily patients(new and old).

Maintaining and preparing daily / weekly / monthly reports.

Strategy and planning for the new patient in flow.

Cost counselling the patient on treatment advised by doctors.

Understand patient profile & problem.

Provide every possible help they need throughout their journey.

Act as a single point of contact for the patients.

Advise patients about the services they may need through structured discussions. Ensure

they understand our value proposition.

Generate and drive revenue by providing greater awareness and information of our services

Create or increase interest in our service offerings

Job Requirements:

Bachelors degree required - Medical field / with experience in medical

Even if worked in any hospital or health care unite

Excellent communication skills

Experience 1 to 3 years, preferably in healthcare industry

Open to a start-up environment

Ability to develop and maintain good public relations

Should be fluency in (English & Kannada) optional Hindi
