Job Summary
  • Design and implement P&A Regional organization
  • Identify evolution of the scope to be managed until 2025, including both ERP and non-ERP applications, in alignment with the Initiatives impacting the area (e.g. TSA Exit, StAR, REIWA and Sakura programs)
  • Identify evolution of resources needed to manage the scope transition
  • Ensures that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Guides, motivates and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies, for the benefit of both PG and the employee
  • Propose P&A Regional organization, following guiding principles and involving required stakeholders
  • Drive approval of organizational proposal in both Regional and Global IT organizations, partnering with HR
  • Drive implementation of the organization
  • Mitigating gaps and overlaps between ERP and distinct nERP application requests, with the main objective, to reduce the distinct application landscape
  • Deliver projects and operations to business and functions within the region
  • E2E accountable for IS Managed Localized and Distinct Applications (ERP and non-ERP), in alignment with Domains and Platforms within his/her region
  • Ensure services related to distinct applications in the Regions are delivered to Businesses / Functions with focus on quality and costs and according to agreed SLAs/OLAs, for both applications under TSA and handed-Over
  • Ensure cost transparency and proactively enquire efficiency improvement opportunities
  • Ensure continuous service improvement of the IS Applications Services across the region, including performance management and operational demand
  • Ensure Application related data is properly set and maintained in targeted Application repositories (e.g. iGAR)
  • Support Regional IT management and Domains in validating distinct demand
  • Accountable for P&A Region budgeting
  • Support of major (security) incidents and information security mitigation programs where these are related to Local/distinct applications
  • Supporting end users with applications related incidents of low severity (3 and 4) to get the right support and escalate when necessary
  • Support implementation of key initiatives
  • Drive TSA Exit for Local / Distinct applications, in alignemnt with processes defined by TSA Exit PMO and via implementation of plans validated with Architecture and Domains, in alignment with Infrastructure and Security teams. Propose to Sourcing the Application Sourcing strategies for TRUs (Right To Use). Partner with Sourcing implementing Sourcing Strategies, including for AMS.
  • Support deployment of REIWA, Sakura and other key programs in the Region
  • Contribute to StAR, driving application portfolio simplification in the Region, promoting reuse, In close collaboration with the domains and according to the defined application roadmap
  • Support the Domain Strategy definition, considering local business requirements
  • Support deployment in the Regions of key programs, based on agreed plan
  • Continuously improve cross team collaboration
  • Ensure effective interfaces and communication within and across IT teams
  • Drive a standardized way of working across the Region, providing leadership and guidance on IS Applications scope
  • Manage relationships with global and regional organizations (IT and business) to provide regular status updates, resolve issues, and manage expectations
  • Set up proper local key user/process owner communities in the business where required for locall/distinct applications
  • Conduct Team reviews in alignment with P&A PMO
  • Collaborates with business stakeholders and regional and global IS Performance Management on local budget creation and cost / budget monitoring. Develop strategies and actions to mitigate deviations.
  • Governance and Compliance
  • Ensure adherence to Global and regional governance model. Enforces use of established tools, methods and procedures within the team
  • Ensure IT Gernal Controls (ITGC and ITA) are established, implemented and documented as needed
  • Ensure local project are implemented following agreed methodologies

BSC / BCA
