Real Estate Financial Analyst, C&p Coe Job in Hitachi Abb Power Grids

Providing Financial Planning and Controlling expertise to the organization by compiling and analyzing metrics, identifying trends and problems, communicating information to relevant groups and recommending actions to improve financial performance.

Your responsibilities

• Track Real Estate financial performance against actuals, forecast, budget and prior year data
• Ensure correctness of reporting data by global finance teams
• Collection of variance commentaries in close collaboration with global Real Estate and finance teams
• Provide controlling, reporting and operational support to Global Real Estate Controller
• Support implementation of budget and forecast processes
• Reconcile various financial and Real Estate related data
• Increase productivity by developing automated reporting s for the Real Estate function
• General operational support for Corporate Real Estate function (e.g. update RE related data, run reports etc.)
• Participate in initiatives and projects.

Your background

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Controlling or Accounting (Preferable CWA/CA/MBA)
• 2 3 years of relevant work experience in financial analysis and controlling
• Basis IFRS, accounting and controlling knowledge
• Analytical skills and attention to accuracy and detail required
• Ability to work independently, pro-active and team-minded personality
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases and financial software applications (e.g. SAP S4/HANA, Microsoft applications: Power BI, Excel .)
• Fluent in English, any other language is a plus.
