Description

Purpose of the Job:

Engage with Customers for promoting HitachisFintech solution in Fraud Risk Management (FRM) and Merchant Acquiring Business(MAB).

Work with customer and delivery teamseamlessly so that we can deliver


innovativesolutions and services to satisfy customer requirements within the agreedtimelines.

Grow and expand FRM and MAB solutionbusiness


Requirements elicitation along withDelivery and QA manager at HIL DG and signing off.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Promoting Hitachi existing and new products/solutions addressing clients objectives.
  • Finding out new business opportunities and transferring the inputs to delivery team for the proof of concepts including new solution as well as existing solutions
  • Formulating the concept of solution with the delivery team
  • As a primary contact person to client, should practice what to handle and when to involve delivery and QA team
  • Develop a business plan to achieve 30%-40% YOY growth and execute the plan (existing and new accounts).
  • Prioritizing the business and sales activities and thereby creating healthy sales funnel for the current and future years
  • Prepare contracts for clients, following law-established laws and guidelines
  • Negotiate terms and prices for solution and services with clients and close the deal.
  • Ensure the billing / invoicing happens as per agreed terms / timelines with the customers. Keep the track of AR and invoice amount.
  • Arrange business meetings with clients and prospects.
  • Build long term relationship with current and future clients.
  • Submit weekly sales report indicating the progress of each sales opportunities

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills to sell to customers and work with delivery team
  • Strong presentation skills
  • 6 to 10 years of sales for Technology Based Solutions to end customers (tier 1) in Financial Industry in the sector of Payment Services and Merchant Acquiring services
  • Have a proven record of success in ideating and selling Fintech solutions to clients.
  • Computer science or engineering degree from reputed university/college. MBA is plus.
  • Educational Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate
  • Certifications: Industry recognized certifications in Sales
  • Reporting to: BU Head Location: Bangalore
  • Career Path: Business Development Manager for Digital Solutions and Services Group
  • Travel: Will be based on business requirements
