This position is responsible for creating reports, insights and analytics in support of the enterprise; creating specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs; provides consultation to internal business partners and cross-functional teams

Responsibilities
- HR Reporting, Analytics and Dashboard design
- Knowledge of HR Information Management Systems
- Ability to work independently and proactively, identifying issues and raising them to management, as well as offering potential solutions
- Flexibility to changing priorities and timelines is key
Qualifications
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Suite tools
- 3-5 years of related experience
- Experience working with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint
