Job Summary

o ensure zero instance of QC skip-ages after In-Process and Final inspection. To analyse the failures for improvement. Documentation parts of testing. ISO /9001/14001 /OHSAS 18000 & Customer Audit. Testing of the panels should be complited before customer inspection. There should not any technical failure during customer inspection. To produce monthly onsite failure analysis report. 100% ECN should be implemented. All new upcoming product ,BTYPE testing should be completed. To attend training as per schedule and also train to subordinates. Follow Safty reules and regulation. Preparation of Monthly MIS data related to process quality and failure at sites.
