Responsibilities
  • This is a mid-level position for a highly analytical, self-motivated individual who will be working closely with Digital group on the following:
  • Perform multiple client Web analytics tool implementation projects. Primary tool is Adobe Analytics and secondary tool is Google Analytics
  • Implement different integrations (AdWords, DemandBase etc.) with Adobe and Google analytics
  • Adobe Admin activities i.e. user, access, profile, props/eVars management etc.
  • Develop and document implementation best practices
  • Create business and technical requirements documents
  • Recommend appropriate Web site measurement tactics tied to business goals
  • Act as a translator between the business and technical staff
  • QA/Validation of all code and tagging activities on Pre-prod and Prod (both) environments
  • Perform quality assurance of ad tag implementation
  • Create analytics implementation architecture, SDR and tech spec documents.

Qualifications
  • Subject matter expert/certified in Adobe Analytics in the administrator role
  • Experience in Tealium tag management
  • Experience implementing and using Tag Management Systems such as Tealium, Adobe Dynamic Tag Management (DTM) or Adobe Launch
  • Experience in ad serving technologies such as DFA, DFP as well as various marketing tags like
  • Able to QA the firing of Floodlight tags; Datalayer validation
  • 3+ years of experience implementing Adobe Analytics
  • Proficiency in analyzing data sources and building aggregations to enable BI solutions
  • Ability to document requirements from both business and technical clients
  • Ability to self-manage a project from start to finish on-time
  • Highly organized and able to work on multiple projects/clients simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with an emphasis on client-facing situations
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing and advertising concepts and terms
  • Support our internal teams with trafficking, tagging, and data analysis services as needed
  • Results driven and self-motivated
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field

Skills Desired
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and HTML is strongly preferred
  • Vendor certification in Analytics and Tag Management tools
  • Knowledge of interactive marketing initiatives (Paid Search, SEO, Affiliate, Comparison Shopping Engines, Email)
