• Experience: 8-10 Years
• Qualification: Bachelor's degree, preferably in automotive, electrical
• 3-5 years experience managing project teams

Main Responsibilities

• Coordination of interdisciplinary project teams
• Project management and main interface to the customer
• Manage engineering system projects
• Plan and coordinate all engineering tasks with respect to vehicle requirements, development effort, project timing, and quality
• Creation and negotiation of quotations, tracking of budget, issuing and tracking of invoices, budget planning, process development

Knowledge and Skills

• Understanding CMMI
• Understanding V Cycle Process
• Understanding ISO 26262
• Understanding ASPICE
• Team Player
• Good Communication skills
• Intercultural sensitivity
