• Must have significant experience & knowledge of Real Estate industry.
• Must have excellent oral & written communication skills.
• Fluency in English Language.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Computer & Microsoft Office suite skills.

• Responsible for handling day to day activity of finance department.
• Provide finance facility to the client for property loan.
• Offer / Assist the client for selecting the better options of property loan and process their documents & complete the other formalities related to property loan.
• Solving bank queries & deal with bank and other financial institution(s) for any work related to finance / legal aspect for property loan.
• Responsible for preparing APF documents for various projects.
• Responsible for preparing project finance documents and provide the quarterly progress report & other related documents.
• Responsible for preparing RERA Documents and provide the quarterly progress report & other related documents.
