Job Description

Responsibilities:
Interact with product technical experts and design course content
Analyze Training needs of the sales team and develop appropriate training material and
modules
Responsible to Team management & their Performance
Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
Develop and deliver training modules to the standards
Develop innovative and easy-to-understand training logistics and tools
Evaluate the effectiveness of training modules, workshops, etc. and make changes as needed to
improve future results
Remain current with up-to-date product information for all products and software
configurations
Prepare and provide on-boarding training on products and business processes for new hires.
Maintain excellent presentation and communication skills
Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications
Document and maintain all training processes and issues
Interact with respective departments in scheduling training programs
Monitor training sessions and trainees and evaluation
Manage and deliver training sessions in a professional manner
Ensure sessions are registered and maintained via the Learning Management System
Maintaining training equipment
Completing all required training documentation and other job specific online event handling
including responsible for shipping of training equipment where required

Requirements

Required Skill set :
Knowledge of smart home products, technologies & protocols
Excellent Presentation Skills, Written Communication, Training Management, Technical Zeal,
Self-Development, Presenting Technical and Sales Information, Self-Confidence
BTech- Electrical and Electronics.
6+ years of training experience technical or sales aptitude
Knowledge of training and learning principles
Experience with writing and/or maintaining documentation such as user manuals, reference
guides, and online help text
Advanced knowledge in the following computer programs: Microsoft Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint
Experience with webinars and e-learning applications, course authoring tools such as Articulate
Storyline or similar products
