Senior Manager/avp Account Management (performance Marketing) Job in Holistik Digital Solutions Pvt Ltd

Work closely with the Founder and clients to understand client s business requirements from performance marketing and manage their accounts accordingly
Build a team of highly driven individuals over time and manage them to get client deliveries
Assess clients campaign performance against goals (ROI and KPIs) regularly and take actions accordingly
Prepare weekly/monthly reports to track key metrics and maintain budgetary control
Create, manage and optimize campaigns across multiple clients for the two major performance marketing channels, Google and Meta, across campaign types Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max and App within Google Ads and different campaign types in Facebook Ads Manager
Do keyword/audience research, write ad copies and manage bids across campaigns as applicable
Coordinate with internal/external creative teams to get high quality messaging and creatives

B.Tech. from a good college, MBA would be a plus
5-6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with deep expertise in Google/Meta Ads and strong analytical skills
Proven experience in client management, team building and management
Open to work in a fast-paced startup culture with quick adaptability and multi-tasking skills
Extremely hungry to grow professionally, with a result-oriented mindset and a bias towards action
Excellent communication (verbal as well as written) and project management skills
