Job Summary

The Role:

The purpose of this role is to work with the CMO and other members of the cross functional team in the generation and management of a sustainable pipeline of work that reflects the current and anticipated sales strategy and regional sales plans. This can be achieved by analyzing and interpreting the outcomes of the existing strategies and bringing changes aiming at the revenue growth of the organization. The Sales Manager will expand on their existing network of contacts to sustainably grow the business in line with regional / geographical targets.

We are looking for a Sales Manager who must have 10-15 years in Software Industry Products and Services (AR/VR), a high performer and must help us to meet new customer acquisition. He / She must be responsible for the Company's competitive growth in terms of revenue and market share acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Crafting Sales plans
  • Implementing business strategies
  • Managing sales Team
  • Achieving sales target
  • Setting objectives and goals to his or her team
  • Responsible for forecasting annual targets
  • Produce Expense and revenue reports monthly and quarterly
  • Promoting and Building a long customer relationship
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Must be responsible for presentations, white papers and case studies
  • Working closely with cross functional teams which must aim and direct at supporting the sales of the product.
  • Must handle their sales team and help them in overcoming the obstacles while achieving their targets
  • Conducting meetings, seminars, arranging workshops and stalls for promoting our product
  • Proposal management
  • Advertisement management
  • Knowledge on competitor status and analysis

Requirements/ Soft skills:

  • Domain knowledge on AR/VR Unity Technologies
  • Sound knowledge on Sales and Marketing
  • MBA/ Management degree is a must from IIM/Central Universities
  • Sales experience for 10-15 years in software products and solutions
  • Strong Written and Verbal communication
  • Industry expertise with market needs and requirements
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to negotiate
  • The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
  • Experience working to and exceeding targets
