Job Description Strategically plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations - Production, warehouse and transportation Develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives Participate in various activities related to safety, quality, productivity and people management Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time delivery Communicate with employees about performance expectations Determine KPIs and measure them on a regular basis Ensure smooth daily operation Stay up to date with latest production trends, best practices and technology Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency Deliver solutions to logistics problems while maintaining high levels of quality and service within budgetary requirements Identify and resolve any inventory discrepancies and ensure inventory and system records are in agreement with SAP Lead daily control meetings, identifying issues and actions to be taken Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, and shipping Train and manage the Operations team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Job Requirement Previous working experience as a Plant Manager for min of 3 years, overall experience 6 years In-depth knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources) Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Proactive problem solver
