The Advanced Systems Engineer would be responsible for carrying detailed engineering for Building Automation projects off-shore and on-shore.
Candidate would be closely working with the team in Pune executing projects independently off-shore\on-shore. While maintaining the quality and timeliness of the deliveries, role requires contribution in establishing robust working methodologies on the technical & non technical grounds engaging & prospering customer relationship. The job role also calls for onsite assignments across the globe. Key Responsibilities:

Leads projects on technical fronts, owns the customer expectations and evaluates the scope, standard and requirements.

Suggests technical solutions to fulfil customer specs.

Executes projects independently - Control System Hardware/ Software /Detail Design/Graphics /Onsite Commissioning

Review inputs, ensure Scope clarity and map customer expectations in actual deliverables. Ensure quality & specs compliances of deliverables for projects.

Responsible for remote project delivery of upto 2000-3000Mhrs per year

Onsite Role will facilitate remote work up to 1000Mhrs- 1500Mhrs per year.

Ability to work on multiple product platforms and do multi-tasking.

Identify possible improvement opportunities in processes and standards and drives them to be a part of the project execution.

Contributes/delivers up to 1350Hrs/1850Hrs per annum of billable hours to projects for remote/onsite respectively on individual level.

Ensure end to end project close out.

Is the face of Honeywell while working with end customers/dealers, ensures customer satisfaction exceeds the expectations, encourages remote engineering work.

4+ years Experience in HVAC Controls Domain, or 6+ years of relevant experience in BMS/Process Controls.

Independently handling projects for minimum 4 years that shall include quality ownership, owning project deadlines, project communication and customer satisfaction.

Subject Matter Expert in at least 2 of the following deliverables: Submittals, Programming, Graphics and Field Commissioning.

Mentoring and coaching experience of 1-2 years.
