Job Summary
Min 3 years of experience in Security (CCTV, Bio metrics, VDP, etc) and/or Fire systems distribution sales experience
Should have managed distributor and retailer network; Strong connect with local/regional system integrator
Key responsibilities:
Identify, engage and manage local/regional system integrator s
Build and manage distribution & retailer network
Drive secondary sales from Distributors
Manage distributors and retailers performance including stock planning, rotation, expansion
Train channel partners on how to sell the offering
Keep a close eye on the competition and develop winning sales strategies/tactics
Collect market intelligence and share it back with sales and marketing team
Deliver revenue, margin and consistent growth
Ensure strong adherence to Honeywells code, conduct & compliance policy and norms

Qualifications
Good communication and presentation skills
The candidate must have a minimum of 2+ years of relevant territory .
Candidate should be from the institutional sales and has knowledge of industries in North region
