Job Summary
Core Activities Driving expansion on customer sites to other systems not currently under contract. To maximize customer satisfaction and minimize customer site downtime by providing measurable outcomes for our customers through the use of the technology we can provide.
Responsible for ensuring high quality delivery of services to Honeywells clients through management of the technical team and sub-contractors.
Should possess common best practice system for maintaining the Telecom-SCADA systems of Metro projects.
List of Skill-sets know how: PAS, PIDS, RADIO-TETRA, MCS, TELEPHONY, FOTS, OA-IT, CDRS, TELECOM-SCADA, ACS, CCTV, Third-party Integrations, etc.
Flexible task scheduling and day to day review of customer site visits.
Direct Liaison with customer satisfaction as the outcome. Achieved through stakeholder client representatives, customers and service recipients.
Service, maintenance, repairs and commissioning of Honeywell and third party equipment (as per trade expertise).
Ensure Contract Retention.
Ensuring customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers and service recipients, Customer surveys and NPS targets.
Effectively meet customer needs, build productive customer relationships and take responsibility for customer satisfaction.
Establish and maintain high standards of performance for self, reports and others to maximise the teams ability to meet business goals and objectives.
Facilitate the development of others knowledge, skills and competencies by providing timely feedback and planning relevant development activities.
Training management of team members.
Expansion of business value within the market via delighted customer philosophies Consistently exceeding customer expectation.
Provide Technical direction to project team members and technical Support to field technicians.
Use Quality Assurance procedures and ensure defect-free hardware and software to field delivery team.
Ensure applicable local, industry codes and standards are upheld and Honeywell SOPs are adhered to.
Drive Project performance to achieve, on-time delivery, zero or positive deviation and proactive technical issue prevention.
People Management Responsibilities Drive Project performance to achieve:

Proactive technical issue prevention
Manage the assigned technical team and allocate appropriate resources to projects / project managers.
Managing the technical team to achieve capacity management and financial goals.
Develop change and control strategies that enable Project Managers and Engineers to rapidly adhere to core processes & tool utilization.
Support as necessary for trouble free Project execution.
Assist during TRR, eCAP & Proposal reviews
Provide high risk project life cycle support.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering/ Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering/ Instrumentation Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools.
10-14 years of work experience in a projects environment, extensive on-site knowledge with a minimum experience of 6-8 years of relevant experience on Metro projects with Telecom-SCADA package.
Knowledge of Networking and Data Center environment.
Advanced Network / PC certification will be an added advantage.
Advanced knowledge of networking, database technology, integration protocols, and current trends in the industry.
Knowledge of BACNet, LON, Modbus, OPC, SNMP and other protocols will be added advantage.
Previous experience working with highly complex technical solutions in the transportation industry, specifically in Metro projects with Telecom-SCADA package.
Proven track record in a project design and engineering capacity involved in the delivery of technology-based projects.
Previous exposure to a site base, construction environment.
