Primary responsibilities include:
Support customer inquiries and order management
Attend inbound customer calls and make outbound calls as needed
Serve customers as the primary contact to resolve aircraft events requiring HON shipments
Provide status updates and support order changes, expediting orders and resolving discrepancies
Liaison with internal functions Technical Support, Logistics, Manufacturing, Regional Customer Support Managers
Work as a change agent improve customer processesQualifications/Education/Skill set requirements:

3+ years experience in Order Mangement
SAP and SFDC knowledge preferred.
Good communication skills (spoken & written) with neutral English accent.
Strong bias for action and ability to navigate thru a large organization.
Experience in Order Management will be an added advantage.
Customer experience savvy.
Web savvy; strong PC & associated software skills
Willingness to work in night shifts is mandatory
