We are looking to find someone to come work with Honeywell as a Lead Business Analyst. This is a key role in one of our transformative digital programs for self-service customer portals, which is transforming the customer experience for our customers across businesses and geographies. This program is critical to moving Honeywell toward an industry leading API and Microservices based digital landscape. It is built with a product mindset, to build once and deploy for the various businesses across Honeywell. The role will be hands on and provide the opportunity to work with business and create a direct impact. Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the Service Owner for Portal in building the roadmap for feature introduction, feature implementation and deployment across various businesses within Honeywell

Responsible for analyzing the Business requirements and solutions that align with enterprise standards and enhance the customer experience

Interact with business stakeholders to discover, capture and assess project requirements and produce required documentation.

Work with UX to create wireframes to explain the requirements and draft user stories

Participate and collaborate in discussions to support technical solutions.

Provide business requirements that Technical leads can translate into architected solutions.

Work on projects to implement the user stories captured; projects are delivered in an agile/scrum-based methodology

Ensure customer satisfaction and support achievement of business objectives.

Experience of working in a matrix environment with excellent interpersonal, business partnership, team building and allround leadership skills.

Creative and innovative; ability to identify, recommend and implement process improvements

Ability to build and sustain collaborative relationships and alliances across internal, external and organization boundaries

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Masters degree in Business Administration is highly desired

Must have 10+ years of IT experience

Excellent communication skills; oral and written; ability to work with various functions

Good knowledge of Business Analysis frameworks and methods to elicit the requirements from users and stakeholders

Prior working experience with web and digital programs

Knowledge of integrations and data systems which feed web and customer facing properties is highly desired

Conceptual knowledge of the agile technical practices, DevOps, and hands-on experience in few of them.

Willingness to travel internationally on occasion
