Successful canidate will function as an information technology professional serving as SME in Catchpoint Application monitoring technology. Requires applicant to participate in all aspects of application monitoring hardware and software support, including development and maintenance of monitoring scripts, reports, dashboards, trend analysis and Alert problem detection and troubleshooting. Applicant will provide daily operational support for monitoring, Event Management and work directly with internal Customers, vendors and support Teams to solution their monitoring needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Implementation and support of availability and performance monitoring across Honeywell Business applications.
- Engage with Customers to establish and support applications monitoring mirroring end-user daily activity.
- Drive Event Management Process, Procedures and Work Instructions to ensure timely MTTA and greatly reduce MTTR for all alert Exceptions.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business/MIS, Software Engineering or related field
In lieu of degree, 5-6 years of directly related experience with minimum
3-4 yrs Catchpoint Synthetic/RUM Performance tool experience
2-3 yrs system and application experience
1-3 yrs experience with US
Global Mindset - Business Acumen
Skill in working with and supporting Customers at all levels of organization
Strong process and organizational skills. High energy and results oriented
Ability to multi-task high priority items, work independently and as part of multiple teams
. Application and Server Monitoring Knowledge
Ability to quickly adapt to organizational changes in support of business requirements and Customer needs
Strong Experience with creating and consuming Web Services and/or APIs(REST/XML/SOAP/JSON).
Motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects with often conflicting priorities
Strong communication and writting skills
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow - Event, Alert and Incidents
