Job requirement:

We are looking for a confident professional with a quest for excellence to implement enterprise automation solutions. Individual must demonstrate flexibility in handling a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsible for design, development, EAI, security profiles configurations, quality assurance, deployment, support and technical documentation of sophisticated automated business processes using Best-of-Class Business Process Management (BPM) platforms and Low Code (Lo-co) platforms, augmented with best-practice .NET toolsets, solutions architecture, and development techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze the high-level technical requirements and classify them as functional and non functional requirements.
Create Prototypes on theworkflow platforms to confirm and refine the complex requirements.
Conduct BPM product design evaluation and set up guidelines such as coding convention for C#, ASP.Net, SQL Server, and SharePoint.
Plan for and setup environments for System integration testing and user acceptance testing ensuring minimal disruption to the production ecosystem.
Perform integration testing for the connectors to test the reliability of data being exchanged between theBPM/Lo-Co platforms and the 3rd party systems.
Plan for and review load testing executed on variousBPM/Lo-Co components and connectors to make sure that all new product releases meet minimum performance benchmarks.
Perform Object-oriented analysis to develop a conceptual model of the system on theBPM/Lo-Co platform.
Create an entity-relationship diagram with a full data dictionary using a schema builders.
Identify all external systems that need to be synchronized withthe BPM/Lo-Co Platforms and document the events.

Analyze for potential security flaws and help maintain up time for the platforms.

YOU MUST HAVE:

B.S. in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Information Systems or equivalent, with a proven track record of 5+ years successful development experience
Strong programming development experience using C#, JavaScript, jQuery (UI & Mobile), JSON, XAML, XML, HTML4/5, CSS, REST & SOAP Web Services, and SQL
BPM development experience includingAgilePoint, Nintex, K2 (any 2) or other leading .NET BPM tools like Windows Workflow Foundation 4 - SharePoint 2013 Workflow

Lo-Co platform exposure including Power Platform
BPM deployment and delivery experience including both on-premise Enterprise BPM, as well as Azure-hosted, hybrid-cloud BPaaS models
Microsoft development-related Certification(s): MCP, MCSD, Azure Specialist a strong plus
Strong business analytical skills for analyzing, explicating, codifying and rendering abstract client specifications into accurate process design components
Able to produce technical and user-level documentation
Attention to detail and disciplined QA testing
Able to provide support for production deployments for during and outside of traditional work hours on as-needed basis
