We have an immediate opening for a Senior Business Analyst. This position will be responsible for analyzing the Business requirements and solutions that align with enterprise standards and enhance the customer experience. Key Responsibilities

Define requirements, develop plans and schedules and project cost management and risk management and resource management.

Participate and collaborate in discussions to support C&CE technical solutions.

Provide business requirements that Technical leads can translate into architected solutions.

Ensure C&CE IT project and program management processes are followed in deploying projects.

Interact with business stakeholders to discover, capture and assess project requirements and produce required documentation and effort estimates of projects.

Ensure customer satisfaction and support achievement of business objectives.

Experience of working in a matrix environment with excellent interpersonal, business partnership, team building and all round leadership skills.

Partner with Marketing, Engineering, and Sales to identify and build proper business cases.

Creative and innovative; ability to identify, recommend and implement process improvements

Ability to build and sustain collaborative relationships and alliances across internal, external and organization boundaries

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Must have 10 years of IT experience

Excellent communication skills; oral and written; ability to work with various functions

Conceptual knowledge of the agile technical practices, such as TDD / BDD, Refactoring, CI, DevOps, and hands-on experience in few of them.

Six Sigma certified

Customer focus Knowledge of project management practices, principles, and tools.

Additional Qualifications:

Contact Center experience, inContact preferred

Salesforce.com experience

SAFe Certified (SA)

Workforce Management and business optimization experience

Strong attention to detail and a firm understanding of marketing and design concepts

Ability to take initiative and work with limited direction

Ability to work in a matrix organization; proven ability to work within large, diverse teams

Willingness to travel internationally on occasion
