In this role, you will be responsible for:

Providing professional technical support to internal and external customers.

Coaching less experienced colleagues with focus on accuracy, timely feedback, and customer satisfaction.

Timely investigation, resolution, root cause analysis and replication for escalated issues.

Developing internal documentation to increase team knowledge and decrease repetitive work.

Executing client trainings both onsite and online with high degree of details and practical examples.

Helping the engineering team in the process of testing and aviation domain knowledge.

Following up on customer issues until resolution.

Participating in company conferences as a speaker or presenter.

YOU MUST HAVE:

Bachelor's degree / equivalent, or High school diploma with significant relevant experience.

Demonstrated experience with Knowledge Management & Call Center Management

Good administration skills
