Job Summary

Financial Objectives:

1. To Increase Room Sales by increasing ARR and RevPar

2. To Increase Misc Sales Like SPA, Boutique, Travel Desk,etc

Customer Objectives:

1. To Increase Loyal Guest and Improve Guest Satisfaction

2. To Take Guest Feedback Personally and Check Reviews in all Hotel Booking Sites, Trip advisor,etc

Operation Objectives:

1. Complete Check in and Checkout in PMS

2. Prepare Arrival and give memorable experiences to each Hotel Guests.

3. Fill daily All Hotel registers; Cform, A&D Register, Log Book,etc

4. Handle Guest complaints and Give proper solution.

5. Fill Requisition Form and Receive Inventory.

6. Handle Telephone Calls and Update in System.

Learning and Development Objectives:

1. Daily attend Briefing and De Briefing Meetings.

2. Attend and Complete all Training to improve efficiency.

Required Candidate profile

Candidate Should be have good Written and Spoken English Communication Skill.

Should Have good Computer Skill and Knows Basic MS Office applications.

Preferable knows IDS PMS
