Enterprise Quality Analyst Job in Hotwax Systems

The Enterprise Quality Analyst is responsible for ensuring that internal software solutions are developed, tested and implemented in a consistent manner while meeting established quality targets.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and development
• Client communication
• Performing code/test case review

Technology/Skills:

• Basic knowledge and experience with manual testing and testing automation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A good understanding of the software development process, testing life cycle and defect life cycle
• Passion for quality and engineering excellence through process improvements
• Strong in debugging, troubleshooting and problem solving
• Worked on documents user stories, use cases, test scenarios, etc.
• Knowledge of SQL
• Working experience of Agile SCRUM methodology
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with one or more defect tracking tools is mandatory

What you ll do:

• Implement standard out-of-the-box HotWax Commerce capabilities, and add custom development as required by the client
• Act as a gatekeeper to the HotWax Commerce landscape to ensure scalability and supportability is built into the design of new HotWax Commerce implementations
• Make changes in storefronts or other components to tailor them to customer s needs
• Extend HotWax Commerce for integration purposes
• Suggest and maintain standards and best practices as they align with HotWax Commerce and Java methodologies
• Respond and resolve system failures and performance issues
• Prepare design documents and other technical documentation to support the business application
