Job Summary

The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for a variety of day to day HR functions including administrative tasks related to recruitment, candidate engagement, new hire on-boarding, and support of talent acquisition.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent sourcing skills
  • Experience with end-to-end Recruitment, specializing in IT / ITeS
  • Experience in high-volume hiring
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Knowledge about recruitment cycles
  • 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition function
  • Hands-on experience using Excel
  • Open to learn and take new challenges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible to ensure hiring against approved manpower requisition within set lead time
  • Should handle 90% recruitment and 10% generalist activities
  • Use internal hiring tools such as employee references, internal job posting and internal transfer & external hiring tools like job portals, social platforms, print advertisement and HR consultancies
  • Responsible for developing recruitment strategies to ensure job openings are filled in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Conduct initial HR interview round for junior-level employees
  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including background verification for each candidate
  • Initiate, manage and deliver various recruitment reports, analysis and dashboards on a periodic basis
  • Periodically update career websites
  • This is an individual as well as team contributor role for IT and Non IT positions
  • Ensure stakeholders are updated with hiring MIS and other HR functions as assigned from time-to-time
