Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. This individual will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and ensuring client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect new leads through calls, emails, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate travel solutions (packages, flights, tours, etc.).
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing client queries and concerns effectively and promptly.
  • Follow up with leads and clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback on their experiences.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Keep track of sales performance and report progress to the Sales Manager.
  • Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and packages.
  • Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of travel plans and itineraries.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional campaigns and assist in lead generation.
  • Identify new business opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and gather market intelligence.
  • Suggest improvements in products and services based on market trends and customer feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Competency in English.
  • Ability to negotiate and understand of Sales skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.
  • Fast learner and quick thinker.
  • Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
