Our leading IT client is currently looking for an On-site support Engineer Position. The candidate as On-site support Engineer will be responsible debugging and sustaining the equipment s of manufacturing line and more.

Qualification: Diploma/BE In Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Mechanical Engineering

Mode of Interview: HR and Technical Round of Interview

Key Responsibilities/Skills:

  • Debug and sustain the equipment s of manufacturing line.
  • Providing on-site or remote technical support for installation and commissioning.
  • To carry out equipment installation/commissioning/Buy off activities.
  • To carry out equipment s retrofit activities and validations.
  • Consult and advice customer on providing solutions and service requirements.
  • Analyzing and finding RC for failures and fixing equipment s and make reports.
  • Co-work with system integrators to keep equipment meets design goals.
  • Identifying opportunities for development of new service and applications.
  • Providing spares/consumables list and coordinate for scheduled maintenance.
  • Performing system calibration, co-relation data measurements.

    • Desired Candidate Profile

  • Candidates must have 3-5 years experience in equipment debugging/servicing in EMS companies & Automation field
  • Candidates preferable with following knowledge.
  • Depth knowledge in PLC/Drives/Control systems
  • Knowledge in system integration with Robotic, Laser, vision
  • New equipment installation/commissioning/validation/Buy off activities.
