Roles and Responsibilities:
The primary role of Relationship Manager-Design(referred to as RMD), is to reach out to interior designers in the designated area to find more about them-Use existing Designers database and connects to strengthen relationship for our company concept. Identify best prospects for company. Explain how the company can help them. Be their point of contact for all basic queries and designer on-boarding process and journey. Ensure those interested are registered, in stipulated time and KYC done. Coordinate with the Design head at the corporate office for their workshops, KYC and formal on-boarding. Be the point of contact between designer and the company till they are on-boarded and their 1st project begins. Be the point of connect for regular relationship building, ensuring they regularly update their profile, suggest them on how they can improve their profile, designs, etc. Be their point of connection on skills up-gradation and training workshops, webinars, any product, design, policy related updates. Once a Designer is on-boarded, Design manager to assign them and introduce them to their project manager-who would hereon be responsible for all their project related issues, discussions and queries. Design city manager to coordinate settlement of designer accounts for the said client with the designer. The candidate should be well aware of the city dynamics. Should have interiors/building materials related product experience of min 2- 3 years in the same region. Should be working on similar profile, in close proximity with Interior designers, preferably freelancers and small design firms in the same region.
