Responsibilities

  • Understand business requirement and estimate timelines
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams like design, testing, business analysis, server support to deliver tasks on time
  • Take part in the Code review process
  • Work with team members on problem-solving and arrive with the optimal solution
  • Take part in Scrum meeting and represent the progress of back end team
  • Create applications with minimal bug and with maximum efficiency
  • Learn upcoming and advanced concepts and implement them in projects
  • Knowledge in CI/CD is an added advantage

    • Preferred Skills:

  • Should have at least 7+ years of coding experience
  • Strong experience in PHP, Laravel Framework, Mysql, HTML/CSS, Architecture design
  • Should have proven track record on completing projects on time
  • Sound experience in following coding standards and process standards
  • Should be an innovative solution provider
  • Should have Good team management/people management skills
