Job Summary

In this role, you will: Assist the team in the delivering enhancements to our systems (e.g. process improvements, functional enhancements, problem solving, etc.) Support Business stakeholders to define requirements, scope changes and manage expectations. Build strong relationships with our vendors, business support teams and wider IT teams across Group. Be expected to be pro-active in identifying issues, enhancements, etc. Be able to handle multiple work requests with different priorities. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: Experienced Business Analyst with requirements gathering, process flow redesign, data analysis and scoping skills Planning / Organisational skills that enable delivery within limited timescales. Strong communication skills, which may include communicating with Senior Managers from across the Group. Ability to work under pressure and be adaptable to constant change. Technical knowledge would be useful, but not critical to the role.
