Scrum Master/consultant Specialist Job in Hsbc

In this role, you will: Ownership of the functional deliveries Liaising with FCM and Business User to get the sign-off Owning the acceptance testing and User sign-off process Prepare Solution proposals with Clear Choice and getting them approved in Design Review Forum. Respond to user queries in timely fashion involving production. Comprehend and translate complex and advanced functional, technical and business requirements into clear and concise specifications. Managing the pool of Business Analysts and lead in user engagements Coordinate with upstream applications to meet the end-to-end delivery timelines Requirements To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: Must have scrum knowledge or certified scrum master. Also should about all ceremonies related to scrum methodologies Must have worked on Front to Back data flow in an Investment Bank A proven track record in Data Quality and Data Governance Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal High levels of enthusiasm and a desire to deliver the best quality products possible along with maintaining very high service levels Strong SQL skills to analyze the data Knowledge of effective delivery practices within an agile/scrum delivery cycle. Good problem-solving skills Good to have knowledge on IRRBB(interest rate reporting for banking book) and reports like NII & EVE
