Senior Consultant Specialist Job in Hsbc

In this role, you will: Lead MECM, Intune and MDM projects, such as infrastructure upgrades, Co-management, migrating workloads to Intune. Create technical plans to manage implementation and guide teams Understand Infrastructure architecture for optimal performance Design & Implement process and solution for monitoring, telemetry and observability for MECM & Intune to ensure MECM & Intune service meets service availability metrics. Design & implement pipelines for automated delivery for infrastructure changes for MECM & Intune Acts as a Subject Matter Expert for MECM and Intune related technical escalations. Includes joining crisis calls, working with teams and vendors for a resolution. Help to drive other teams in new initiatives related to MECM and Intune. Ensures that MECM infrastructure meets the service availability metrics through supporting the Operations teams Adhere to internal process to support the service, including change management, and incident management policy. Perform pro-active analysis with the aim to increase automation, reduce repetitive tasks and standardize processes. Conduct Knowledge Share & Training sessions to develop skills of team members. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: 10 to 14 years of relevant IT experience, with minimum 8-10 years of strong MECM knowledge with proven experience in supporting MECM infrastructure & Windows OS in large enterprise environment. Expertise in Cloud technologies Intune and Azure, including Co-management, Autopilot, CMG & AAD. Experience in managing infrastructure - Windows OS, SQL Database, VDI, Storage, and Network Technologies In-depth knowledge in Windows server and desktop OS, WSUS and SQL server. Ability to Automate with knowledge of scripting and development e.g. PowerShell & GraphAPI. Working in an Agile methodology, with understanding of using Agile tools like JIRA & Confluence. Experience of having worked in an infrastructure critical environment for a large organization like HSBC or part of global teams in a complex and changing technical environment would be advantage. Experience in Adaptiva and knowledge of software development would be an added advantage.
