In this role, you will: Actively support the co-ordination, configuration and documentation of enhancements in our group learning platforms that result in improved service, customer satisfaction, and process improvement. Develop a strong technical understanding our HR Technology systems and their associated operations support requirements. Investigate and resolve problems and incidents of varying complexity. Build trusting relationships with stakeholders by consistently meeting and delivering upon their business needs; demonstrating and being respected for your knowledge across the HR System Landscape. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: Previous experience in a technical, analytical or System Administrator Role, with IT Vendors and internal customers. Experience of working with programming languages, ideally SQL and HTML and/or can demonstrate a good technical understanding. Good written and spoken communication skills; an ability to communicate in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences. Recent experience of writing functional specs and design docs Working knowledge of Success Factors Modules. Ideally: Learning and how it interacts with Employee Central and Employee Profile; both on desktop and mobile. Working knowledge of Degreed Learning Experience Platform or equivalent. Ideally to have Agile experience, including usage of Jira/confluence or equivalent tools.
