What We Are Looking For

Hubilo is looking for Backend Developer to differentiate Hubilo s brand from our competitors and drive-up awareness. We are a fast-paced marketing and communications team who can make our brand known among event-planners across associations, event management companies, and Fortune 1000 companies.

In this role you will help the VP or Corporate Marketing blend positioning, messaging and industry trends into a clear, tangible narrative. You will work cross-functionally with content strategy, public relations, events, and design developing the brand architecture and identities, build a go-forward plan on how to ensure our brand is highly visible and stands out from the competition.

Our ideal candidate can balance working in a creatively driven organization with an analytical and focused approach to marketing, and can support, understand, and improve the creative process. You are self-motivated and flexible with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

What you will be doing

• Responsible for understanding functional and business requirements and translate them into effective code

• Provide support till deployment of code into production.

• Ownership for ensuring code optimization, problem diagnosis and on time delivery

• Implement solutions as per the pre-defined framework /guidelines and adherence to processes

• Finding an optimal solution for the problem statement

• Conduct peer code review.

You should apply if you have

• Excellent hands-on experience with Node.Js, Express.Js, JavaScript
• Experience of 3- 8 years is a must.

• Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds

• Excellent hands-on experience with MongoDB , Mongo aggregation , MySQL

• Ability to build REST services, Authentications, MVC applications

• Team handling experience

• Excellent Object Oriented Programming skills and ability to write modular, secure, scalable and maintainable code

• Experience with Elastic search, Redis.

• Knowledge about AWS component (S3, EC2, Cloudfront, Redis Clusters etc.)

• Self-learning abilities is required

• Familiarity with upcoming new technologies is a strong plus
