Responsibilities
Collaborate with Marketing Analytics to develop creative strategies and concepts that gleans insights and patterns.
Have a data-driven approach toward creatives and create internal best practices for any next testing strategies.
The ability to conceptualize and understand channel trends to develop strategies and hypotheses.
Your experience includes leading core creative through the creative development process, from concept, styleframes, production, video resizes to delivery.
The ability to effectively and efficiently work on motion & video projects, iterate in a timely and useful feedback that improves creative solutions.
Plan, redirect, define solutions, evaluate, and inspire team members on creative development.
Unique balance of delivering top-performing creatives while maintaining the core Hubilo brand.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects, priorities, schedules, and deliverables.
Work under pressure - Communicate proactively and create logical solutions for other team members and departments.
Prepares work for creative reviews with key stakeholders, gathering feedback on video production and ensuring work aligns with other projects.
More About You
4-7 years of proven experience as a motion designer.
Strong knowledge of Linkedin, Facebook, Google, Tik tok, Youtube, Connected TV on both paid & organic platforms.
Work closely with the Creative Director, Art Director, designers and other team members to build storyboards, animation, and video graphics.
The love for conceptualization and providing creative solutions on the fly.
Excellent skills with design software used in the design and creative production process. This includes, but is not limited to, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere.
Proven self-starter and highly motivated, comfortable taking the initiative and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Bonus Points
Understands how to absorb and create performance strategies for thoughtful ad testing.
Experience with Campaigns and Events video production.
Experience in B2B SaaS hypergrowth businesses.
Expertise in Cinema 4D a plus.
