Ability to adopt the latest technologies and implement the same on projects. Development of websites and e-modules as per the requirement by coordinating with designer and Tech team. Responsible for following the best practices followed in the department regarding processes, communication (internal & external), project management, documentation and technical requirements like HTML and programming. Mentor and review junior web designers Requirements: Strong working knowledge on CSS and CSS3 and HTML4/HTML5 Exposure and basic working Knowledge of jQuery Passion for quality and should be extremely detail-oriented Good email communication Good understanding of digital file specs & size formats Understand and interest in copyright laws and usage licenses Must be able to work independently, make sound decisions, think strategically, and maintain the accuracy Good eye for editing and selecting visual assets Strong team player knowledge on different creative design formats like AI/PSDs
