Job Summary

Job Overview:

Shopify Developer will be responsible for various delivery and maintenance tasks across our portfolio of Shopify websites.

Job Description:

Understand client requirements.
Complete the work within the timeline.
Building out custom Shopify themes and modifying pre-existing themes depending on the scope of the project
Ability to integrate, and to safely remove, third-party Shopify apps
A deep understanding of Liquid, from a front and back-end perspective
Knowledge in data migration and synchronization between Shopify instances
Awareness of the Marketing Events, Discounts, Gift Cards and their configurations in Shopify
The ability to utilize Git version control, dev environments, and staging themes.
Solid web development principles and extensive knowledge of front-end performance practices
Understanding of Product, Discount, Order APIs and customizations using the APIs
Experience of front-end development, including Html5, CSS, JS, and JQuery
The ability to use Shopify Plus features including Scripts and Flow to best utilize the front and back-end capabilities of the Shopify platform
The ability to implement changes to bespoke Shopify Plus apps using Shopify APIs and developer tools
Background in Product modeling and configuration via Shopify Admin
Experience with Shopify instance management and configuration
