Job Summary

HyperVerge is a deep tech AI company that works in BFSI and Geospatial industries in India, Vietnam, and the US. Our home grown AI powers large enterprises like Jio, Airbus, SBI Card, Bajaj Finserv, etc, and startups like EarlySalary, MoneyTap, ZestMoney, Kissht, etc. Our code powered 280 million AI based automated ID checks in India in 2019 - that's 1 in 3 Indian adults.

While HyperVerge got from 0 to $10m annual recurring revenue with great engineering and great sales effort, the journey from $10m to $100m will need amazing communication - content and design. AI, BFSI, Geospatial - these are fields full of complex ideas that need unpacking, structuring and presentation.

Our industry is ready for some brave new designs - it's not a boring world full of suited old men out there anymore. Whether it is slides for a ppt, images for a landing page, or just a good ol' tee-shirt, we need creative expression to elevate our ideas, our solutions.

What Does a Regular Day looks Like?

The day starts with a stand-up of all creatives (writers and designers) and non-creatives in the marketing team. We discuss pending projects - which is a mix of requirements that other teams have and projects that we own. The projects could be for sales, or marketing, or product, or talent acquisition - we handle all design and content requirements for our growing company. Our stand-ups are safe spaces where we discuss ideas, offer feedback, and unblock each other. Sometimes we solve problems really well. And at other times we make compromises (like buying a stock template). After the stand-up, everyone goes into their own focus work zones.

Over the week we spend time learning about the problems that our colleagues are solving - deep diving into the technology and the process. We interact with client facing teams to understand what clients want, and how much we can solve with great design. We also look at engagement data and try to make sense of it.

Over the month, we think of ways we can contribute to building HyperVerge. More than an AI company, HyperVerge is a dual purpose company, i.e. it has both profit and social goals. Each of us is committed to both. We take ownership of our company's growth by thinking of new projects. Parallely we volunteer to make the world a better place.
