Roles & ResponsibilitiesEmp personal data changes - Changes to name, address, bank a/c, dependents updates, work authorization, data updatesManager based transactions - New hire / rehire, terminations, document management, term correction, LoA, document creation & issuanceHR based transactions - mass loads, payments & deductions, Administer compensation data, support compensation cycle & compensation reportingReporting -(ad-hoc, base), Country specific administrative activity

skills Required Basic understanding of WFA, HR processes (COE and Ops) Proficient in MS-Office (preferably Excel) Good interpersonal and communication skills ( Verbal and Written) Administrative writing and reporting skills Problem Solving Skills
