Proficient in MS Office and basic knowledge of relevant software (e.g. Kronos, Payforce) and databases

Good understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices

Basic knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field

Excellent communication skills

Data entry for transaction processing

Processing mass updates

Maintain Payroll employee data

Process electronic/ manual T&A

Supporting on-cycle Payroll

Processing Pay adjustment

Payroll source to gross transaction processing

skills Required

Basic understanding of Payroll, HR processes (COE and Ops)

Proficient in MS-Office (preferably Excel)

Good interpersonal and communication skills ( Verbal and Written)

Administrative writing and reporting skills
