Job Summary Key Responsibilities / Assistant Product Manager 1. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for all phases of Product Development Cycle a. Wireframing and Requirement collection b. User Persona, c. Hypothesis and research d. User testing & Rapid Wireframing e. Sprint planning UAT testing f. with tech team g. On boarding feature & Continual testing for bugs & improvements. 2. Optimize key features and focus on CX 3. Generate detailed documentation and requirements - Convey by creating effective user stories, functional requirements, wireframes and/or mockups 4. Defining Personas & use cases for an exhaustive requirements list 5. Basis on Persona needs to define User Journey and Affinity Mapping. 6. Making Service Design Blueprint and coordinating with multiple stake holders on it. 7. Help analyse data, evaluate features and understand user needs and pain points- proactively identify gaps in the current online experience and participate in working towards developing solutions that drive business value 8. Identifying emerging online trends and recommend changes based on customer and competitor insights 9. Develop reports that provide an overview of product performance and post-launch results and develop success metrics 10. Review customer feedback, conduct surveys and user testing to capture feedback and communicate findings clearly and constructively with the team 11. Organize and evaluate A/B tests around new feature releases Candidate Qualities a. Understand user experience or Design Thinking - ability to translate business strategy and customer needs into product requirements b. Ability to work in a fast paced, time-sensitive environment c. Able to work extremely effectively in cross functional teams, adept at synthesizing a variety of inputs d. Strong quantitative, qualitative and problem-solving skills e. Self-starter: ability to act autonomously f. Stellar time management and organizational skills; be able to work on multiple, concurrent projects and juggle multiple priorities g. Transparent and clear communicator - quickly grasp and effectively communicate concepts to those with and without digital expertise h. Have an exemplary and constant attention to detail and desire to execute accurately i. Content Management System experience j. Good understanding of tech tools, Jargons, systems such as GA, JIRA, SEO, Excel, CSS, HTML, Coding Languages, Agile etc.,
