Role and Responsibilities: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our core products. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and managing the development, testing, and timely release of core products Tracking, reviewing, and optimizing key product metrics Liaising with sales, marketing, and design teams to understand business domain, requirements, and problems to plan product features and releases accordingly Solving complex performance problems and architectural challenges Troubleshooting, testing, and maintaining the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality Providing technical assistance and guidance to the team Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders Identifying risks and forming contingency plans Candidate Qualifications: We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience in creating web-based products individually or in a team A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing a team of engineers and product folks A thorough understanding of React.js, JavaScript, and its core principles Ability to write and review technical documentation Working knowledge of Python and related libraries Experience in Agile development process Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Mixpanel and Google Analytics Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in marketplace companies and understand marketplace dynamics Required Skills: Next.js AWS EC2 AWS SAM, AWS CDK, CloudFormation, ECS, CloudWatch, EBS DataDog Kubernetes
