Job Description

The prerequisites for this position is as follows:

1. 10 + Years of overall experience

2. 6 + years of experience in P& C Domain

3. 2+ years in Duck Creek

4. Should be from development background NOT Testing

5. Should have managed recent 3+ projects as Scrum Master/ 5 years of experience as Scrum Master.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Scheduling the daily scrum calls, Sprint planning meetings, Sprint reviews and Retrospectives, and ensure hassle free meetings.

POC for Impediment resolution, keeping team spirit high.

Ensure process is in place for all the phases of the project and raise solve/redirect the impediments and bring them to closure to see that they affect the project/team the least.

Maintain and publish metrics like Burnt up chart/Burnt Down Chart, Release Plans, Team Calendar, Monthly, Weekly Status Reports in terms of Work Items.

Ensure the Team is loaded with apt amount of work load.

Ensure the Teams interactions with Product Owner and keep any foreseen impediments away.

To track work on a frequent basis and ensure the team is meeting the milestones/goals in planned time-box

Key communications to the stake holders on behalf of team or project happenings.

Perform final code reviews, stay as POC for code push approvals.

Handle TFS and track the code and product development.

Code review to ensure that solutions are developed with maximum efficiency.

Identifying the data load and normalizing it.

Environment and tools used are Visual studio 2015, Asp .Net, C#, RestFull Services and TFS.
