Currently we are hiring for one of our reputed clients for Goregaon, Mumbai Location.
Please find the JD below:
- Resource should be Graduate with 3-5 Years of Experience in infrastructure management
- Switching : STP, VTP, HSRP, STACK SWITCHES
- Clear understanding of corporate LAN, WAN, and WIFI environments (troubleshooting, configuration, etc.)
- Knowledge of IPAM, DHCP, DNS, Radius Servers
- ITIL conceptual understanding preferred (Alerting management, Incident management, Change management)
- Analyse, troubleshoot and solve all incidents regarding the technical scope (Infrastructure incidents & User incidents) within the SLA
